Our Massage Therapy Services Include:

Prenatal Massage - Prenatal massage therapy is a good way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. These techniques can be used to alleviate the normal discomfort experienced during pregnancy, reduce stress on weight-bearing joints, help circulation, and helps you relax!

Deep Tissue Massage - Using intense pressure to focus on the deepest layers of muscle and tendons, a deep tissue massage can help release chronic muscle tension. Blood pressure and stress levels can drop drastically after this massage therapy!

Hot Stone Massage - This type of massage helps to melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, increase circulation, and boost your metabolism. The placement of the smooth, water-heated stones is important, as these key points enhance the variety of medical benefits.

Swedish Massage - The most common type of massage, the goal of a Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. Long, gliding strokes help blood return to the heart, can increase the level of oxygen in the blood, decreases toxins in the muscles, and can improve circulation and flexibility.
